Belt size is NOT pant size. If you order the a "32-36" for a 34" pant, you WILL be disappointed it WILL NOT fit. Measure please to ensure proper fit the FIRST time! THIS IS ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS RETURNING A NEW EDC BELT IN NEW CONDITION WHEN INCORRECT SIZE BELT WAS ORDERED

Purchasing this without needing a belt rebuilt will result in a refund less our transaction fees.

Follow all instructions on the site for returns. Send your belt back to the return address on your original label. Include in a package a note with your name, email, order number, size you need. Send an email letting us know it's on the way. Then purchase this for the rebuild fee and select all the appropriate options. We are hoping this will streamline our returns process, we are always striving to create a better shopping experience for our customers.

I was in the market for a good first EDC belt and I finally pulled the trigger on the Brown Coat belt. With my first initial order I order the wrong size( rookie move ) but it was shipped super quick! Once I decided to buy the rebuild option and send my belt back a new belt was shipped the very next day and arrived two days later. I am just amazed at the quality of the belt and the superior customer service I received.
