Great price, super-sturdy product March 4, 2017

I got a 5-round sidesaddle for my H&R Pardner.  Be aware of how far back your slide travels before you attach the velcro!  Pull the slide completely to the rear before you place the adhesive so you don't set it too far forward and interfere with the action.  On my gun, 5 shells was about right - 6 would be possible, but cramped.

The price is great, and they are really well-made - The shot card is so rigid it really doesn't even need support from the gun, and it would be easy to stuff in a mag pouch without flopping around.  The elastic is quality stuff, and it hasn't lost tension - It broke in to a comfortable level and hasn't worn more since then in the few months I've had it.

Would totally buy again.  Probably gonna get some for my next shotgun.

Great quality! Adhesive backing on the velco is very good. The elastic for the shells holds very tight and stiched very well. Definitely buying more.

8 shot March 1, 2017
Reviewer: Vince from Three Forks, MT United States
Got 6 of the 8 shots and they are all extremely well made, not a loose thread anywhere.  But I would advise a 7 or 6 shot (Mossberg 930) to make it all fit, the 8 shot (due to the SG shape, not Brown Coat) sticks out a hair or two.  But that is why I got the 8 shot so I can cut to fit but now I may not be able to do that because they are so well made, heavy and tightly sewed.  Course I need to test them before I cut and see if the glue holds up but if the glue is as ggod as the material it will be golden.

I've got a Remington 870 HD 12 Gauge. The finish on the receiver is a matte black, not smooth. Anyway, the sticky side of the velcro won't adhere to the receiver. I tried wiping it down with alcohol to remove any grease/oil but no luck. Any ideas?
The holder is outstanding though. Real quality, thanks.
